What happens when plastering mortar walls appear beads?

I have never encountered it before. The sand is not pure enough, or there are some foreign matters?

This is called a blister. There are unstable materials in the mortar. It might the problem of cementing materials, and possibly the problem of sand.

There is a high possibility that there is something wrong with the plaster.
An alkali-aggregate reaction is similar to the previous structure.

This situation usually results in an ash explosion in the later stage. You have used the tailings, don’t you?

It should be caused by the active stone powder contained in the underlying cement mortar. Active substances generally explode when exposed to water at a later stage.

Using sodium gluconate to adjust the setting time will cause the problem of slow strength. It takes 3 days for the inner wall and 10 days for the outer wall. The surface strength will be lost if the maintenance is not good.
