Desulfurization gypsum: 925
Cement 42.5:75
polycarboxylate superplasticizer: 2.5
HPMC400: 0.4
Stabilizer: 0.8
antifoaming agent: 1
Retarder: adjusted to 2-3 hours

The dose of stabilizer added to cellulose ether is too much; try stabilizer 0.5 for a sand-free system, and add 50 for cement.

Generally, adding some Redispersible Polymer powder so that it’s good for strength and flexural resistance, and it can also reduce the loss of fluidity.

It is not cellulose ether, it should be modified bentonite, and it is not easy to bleed and delaminate. Therefore, it is recommended that you put 0.03%. It works well when used with low-viscosity cellulose ether.

You added Desulfurization gypsum already, so why add cement? Desulfurization gypsum is better than phosphogypsum in all aspects.

You might as well try to use desulfurization gypsum and phosphogypsum 4:1 to see what kind of effect it is.
