How long does it take to mix wet mortar with a mixer?

How long does it take to mix wet mortar with a mixer? I stirred for 30 seconds, and the bulk density was 1750. After starting for 60 seconds, the bulk density was only 1400. How is this going?

There is too much air entrainment. This is normal. Reduce the amount of admixtures. Or change the admixture. Test weight is too low.

Is the air-entraining agent you use for wet-mixed mortar solid?
This is a problem with the dispersion of the air-entraining agent. We usually stir for 3 minutes, and the stirring for 30 seconds is not uniform enough.

Don't stir for too long. Add water quickly, otherwise the density will not be enough.

I found the problem, and it was the air-entraining agent. The admixture manufacturer replaced it with a different air-entraining agent. It works, the weight won’t become lighter even if it’s been stirred for a long time.
