Can you help me see if there are any problems with the newly improved plastering mortar formula?

po425 400 kg, sand 70-100 mesh 550 kg, talcum powder 50 kg, Redispersible polymer powder 7 kg, cellulose ether 1.75 kg, wood fiber1.5 kg, starch ether 0.3 kg, short fiber 6 mm 1.5 kg

The current strength is very good. Will there be any problems in the future, such as shedding or cracking? It is mainly used for exterior wall insulation.

Cement 350, remove the talcum powder or replace it with coarse whiting powder, or directly replace it with sand. For cellulose ether, use pure product 2.5 or 3. The starch ether can be removed, the PP fiber can be reduced to 1. The wood fiber can be removed, and the cost of Redispersible polymer powder can be increased appropriately.

Cement 350, secondary ash 50, 70-120 mesh sand 600, cellulose ether2-2.3, redispersible polymer powder 10, 6mm PP fiber: 0.5, amylase 0.3. redispersible polymer powder can be reduced appropriately, but good one added to 10 will bring qualitative change.

Good formula.

Remove the talcum powder and add coarse whiting powder, increase the amount of cellulose ether.

If there is too little cellulose ether, you may later complain about the short operating time. Remove the talcum powder and reduce the cement a little. There is no significant problem with the formula. No need to worry about shedding and cracking.
