The putty can't be sanded; is it possible to reduce the binding material again? Lower which addictive is better? Or add an air-entraining admixture?
The interior wall putty included 40%cement and 40% calcium hydroxide. Workers complained that it is hard to sand. Can we reduce binding material again? Lower which addictive is better? Or add an air-entraining admixture?- Luis
