Gypsum 750. Cement 425. 50. Heavy Calcium Carbonate 200, cellulose ether 0.3-0.5, water reducing agent 2, antifoaming agent 0.8-1, suspending agent 0.3 retarders 0.3
Or gypsum 950 cement 50.
The same is true without adding calcium; the last is the smoothest.

The surface unevenness is due to the poor self-healing property of the mortar because there are coal ash impurities in the gypsum, which are formed when the surface is broken and can be solved by adding additives.

The matching of water-reducing agent and gypsum is essential, especially in the sand-free system, which can easily lead to poor healing or slight bleeding. The result is that the appearance looks poor after drying.

Don't you use a water-reducing agent? Is there too much cellulose, and have you added suspending agent?

Adjust the water-reducing agent and cellulose ether, and then find an excellent antifoaming agent that can be improved. The material itself mainly caused the issue.
