The bulk density of the mortar is 2054kg which is too high, and it falls a little after being put on the wall. The construction property could be better, and the workers responded that it was a bit sticky.

M10 dry-mixed mortar M10:
Cement 140, coal ash 50, medium sand 330, fine sand 400, stone powder 80, additive 0.5,

Machine-made sand, the fine sand contains 5% powder, and the bulk density is too large at 2054kg. After being placed on the wall, it falls. The construction performance could be better. The workers responded that it was sticky. How can it be improved? Thank you

There is too much cellulose, 0.3 is enough, and nothing else needs to be added. If it is too sticky, add a little thixotropic agent.

What is an additive? Is it mainly thickened powder?
Consider adding a little polymer, such as PVA or air-entraining agent, and the bulk density will decrease.

What are additives? There is also much cellulose at 0.3, which can be as little as possible. Consider adding a little air-entraining agent or polymer additives such as PVA.

Initially, many manufacturers of ordinary mortar additives used bentonite or attapulgite to add air-entraining agents and cellulose. However, using pure raw materials to prepare such compound additives is recommended. Otherwise, the quality of your production of ordinary mortar will be uncontrollable.

The upper wall will definitely crack if the bulk density is too heavy. This is because the additives need to be appropriately adjusted. The additive manufacturer should compound the 0.5 additives. In addition to modifying the additives, you must also adjust the gradation. The quantity of gradation powder is significant, and if the density is enormous, the mortar must be heavy.
