Aerated block masonry mortar formula

Aerated block masonry mortar formula. Could you guys give me some advice?

Cement 100-120
Coal Ash 50-80
Sand 800-850
HPMC 0.5
Water-reducing agent 1-1.5

HPMC is high. Water-reducing agent, Calcium lignosulfonate, air-entraining agent, and retarder can improve the construction operation and enhance the anti-freeze-thaw, anti-seepage, anti-carbonization, and other mortar functions, so it is recommended that HPMC0.3, Calcium lignosulfonate 0.5, and add some hydrated lime 30~50.

For ordinary masonry, a little bit of cellulose ether is enough.
I agree with the previous one, Calcium lignosulfonate is perfect, and cheap, and the construction is good.

Is adding such a low MC to achieve a qualified water retention rate? I can’t see any advantages in such a formula.
